The ideal candidate
- German, English, French, Spanish or Italian language level C1 – C2
- Mastering two or more international languages mentioned above represents an advantage
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- High concentration and analytical skills
- Orientation towards customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multitasking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – medium level
- Ability to respond promptly and professionally to the customers
- Confident in communication with clients
- Ensuring that the best solutions are offered for the customer

Job description
- Answering and solving the customer phone calls
- Processing customer inquiries and complaints on online platforms
- Processing and solving requests by e-mail
- Excellent communication with trading partners, distributors and our team in Germany
- Updating data and information, keeping customers informed
- Taking and processing orders of the customers
