The ideal candidate


  • German, English, French, Spanish or Italian language level C1 – C2
  • Mastering two or more international languages mentioned above represents an advantage
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written

  • Multitasking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – medium level
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to the customers

Job description

  • Answering and solving the customer phone calls
  • Processing customer inquiries and complaints on online platforms
  • Processing and solving requests by e-mail
  • Excellent communication with trading partners, distributors and our team in Germany
  • Updating data and information, keeping customers informed
  • Taking and processing orders of the customers
