The ideal candidate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office from medium to advanced level
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
- Quick and concentrated whilst processing data on platforms
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis of information
- German, English, French, Spanish or Italian language level A1 – A2
- Mastering two or more international languages mentioned above is an advantage
- Mid to higher education

Job description
- Data input and validation, insertion of data into the database
- Verification of the compliance of the processed / entered data in the database
- Reporting of deviations / non-conformities and constant contribution to implementation of corrective procedures
- Archiving and backing up data
- Inserting and editing ads on online platforms
- Checking of prices, offers, and market research
- Updating data and making sure that the processed data is up to standards
